Parking Information

All patients having a procedure with sedation must have a dedicated responsible adult accompanying them on the day of the procedure.

For your convenience, Physician Plaza Valet Parking is available from 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday for a fee.

Parking Deck parking is available for a fee. Please park in the Physicians Plaza I Parking. Once inside the Physicians Plaza, take the elevators up to the 6th floor. We are located in Suite 610.
